Chicken Tikka Masala
Ingredients
- Chicken breast pieces – 500 gms
- Ginger garlic paste- 2 tbsp
- Kashmiri chilli powder- 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder- 1 tsp
- Coriander powder- 1 tbsp
- Garam masala- 1/2 tsp
- Yogurt- 2 big tbsp
- Salt as required
- Onions – 4 medium
- Tomatoes- 2
- Ginger garlic paste- 2 tbsp
- Turmeric powder- 1/2 tsp
- Chilli powder- 1/2 tsp
- Coriander powder- 1 tbsp
- Cashews- 9 nos to be soaked
- Fresh cream- 2 tbsp
- Garam masala- a pinch
- Dried coriander leaves/ Kasthuri methi- 1 tsp
- To garnish- 1/2 onion and 1/4 capsicum
- Oil and salt as required
