Ingredients ( makes around 25 thaen mittai)
1. Rice – 1 cup ( preferred Idly rice)
2. Urad dal – 1/4 cup
3. Sugar – 1 cup
4. Cardamom powder- a pinch
5. Baking soda- 1/4 tsp
6. Water- 1/2 cup
7. Orange red food colour- little
8. Oil for deep frying
9. Lemon juice- 3-4 drops
