Today being International Women’s day, I send my wishes to all the lovely ladies out there and always remember you are special and never forget to take care of yourself.

Apple Banana Mango Smoothie- topped with Peaches, Strawberries and Blueberries
Things you need:
For smoothie:
- Apple- 1/2
- Ripe banana- 1
- Mango- few pieces
- Yogurt- 1/2 cup
- Milk- 1/4 cup
For toppings:
- Peaches- 1/2sliced
- Strawberries- 2 sliced
- Blueberries- few
- Sprouts- optional
Method:
- Blend all the ingredients for the smoothie to make a thick drink.
- Pour it into a small serving bowl.
- Top the smoothie by arranging the fruits for the toppings.
- Enjoy a delicious, colourful and healthy smoothie with fruits.
